Join the Intrepid crew on a 6 week Strength and Conditioning (S&C) journey tailored specifically for outdoor enthusiasts like you. The program is designed to enhance your trail performance and help stay injury free.

This S&C training is designed to optimize your endurance, agility, and strength. And we have a few laughs while we're at it...

Tuesday Nights: 6:45pm - 7:45pm

Investment: $180 + GST

Includes:⁠

  • 1 x weekly in person group training session

  • Individual adaptations to the programming when needed⁠

  • Access to a 2nd/3rd weekly strength days as well as recovery sessions through the team app⁠.
